Meet Our Doctors

Dr. George Manolarakis

George Manolarakis, DDS

Dr. George Manolarakis graduated from the NYU College of Dentistry in 1993. After graduation, he received additional training through the Woodhull Medical Center General Practice Residency and completed the Fellowship in Community Oral Health at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center as Chief Resident. He then served as an Attending at the Red Hook Dental Clinic in Brooklyn, NY.

Dr. George has been practicing in Huntington and Brooklyn for over the past 30 years. He is proficient in all aspects of restorative dentistry, esthetic protocols, and surgical techniques. When he is not in the operatory, he enjoys Greek soccer, gardening, fishing, and baking bread.

William Manolarakis, DMD

Dr. William Manolarakis graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. Prior to his dental studies, he attended Chaminade High School and then graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Villanova University, where he was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa Society. After graduating from Penn Dental Medicine, he returned home to Long Island to complete his General Practice Residency at North Shore University Hospital, where he was named Resident of the Year. He was also selected as a Chief Resident for the Department of Dental Medicine and received further prosthetic and implant training through the two-year NSUH Advanced Prosthodontics and Implant Fellowship.

Dr. William lives in Huntington with his wife, Alexia, and is a proud member of groups that support our town, including Dentists for a Better Huntington and the Huntington Rotary Club. As a dentist, he strives to deliver personalized care in a comfortable environment for his patients. Outside of the office, he enjoys playing baseball, rooting for the Yankees, and making music.

Dr. Meredith Jaffe

Meredith Jaffe, DDS

After attending Columbia University School of Nursing, Dr. Meredith Jaffe received her DDS from the New York University College of Dentistry. She completed a General Practice residency at St. Charles Hospital and Rehabilitation Center in Port Jefferson, NY, and was a Fellow and Clinical Assistant Professor in the Dental Care for the Developmentally Disabled program at SUNY Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine.

Dr. Jaffe’s professional affiliations include the American Dental Association, the New York State Dental Association, the Suffolk County Dental Society, and the American Academy of Forensic Sciences. 

​

As a lifelong learner, Dr. Jaffe earned a Master of Library Science from CUNY Queens College. Her book, The Phantom Corsair: A Remarkable Journey, was published in 2024. In her spare time, she enjoys participating in car shows as an AACA Senior Judge and collecting everything related to Nancy Drew.
